Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for New York was 889,640 and represented 6.79% of the total New York citizen voting-age population.

Among all New York counties, Kings had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (504.55K), followed by Queens (264.49K), and Bronx (257.88K).

In terms of percentages, Bronx had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (33.44%), followed by Kings (33.38%), and Queens (20.41%).
