Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Ohio was 889,640 and represented 10.37% of the total Ohio citizen voting-age population.

Among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (267.40K), followed by Franklin (153.35K), and Hamilton (139.95K).

In terms of percentages, Cuyahoga had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (27.96%), followed by Hamilton (23.68%), and Montgomery (19.47%).
