Among all North Carolina counties, Mecklenburg had the highest citizen population (838.81K), followed by Wake (830.86K), and Guilford (459.58K).
In terms of percentages, Gates had the highest percentage of its population being citizens (99.59%), followed by Bertie (99.38%), and Perquimans (99.29%).
