Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the citizen voting-age population for Florida was 13,207,185 and represented 69.93% of the total Florida population.

Among all Florida counties, Miami-Dade had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.39M), followed by Broward (1.13M), and Palm Beach (909.11K).

In terms of percentages, Sumter had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (88.35%), followed by Citrus (82.66%), and Charlotte (82.17%).
