Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the citizen voting-age population for East Honolulu CDP, Hawaii was 37.13K. The Non-Hispanic Asian Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (19.15K) and constituted 51.57% of the total.
