Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for East Honolulu CDP, Hawaii was 37.64K. The Non-Hispanic Asian Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (19.56K) and constituted 51.97% of the total.
