Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Kansas citizen voting-age population was 2.02M. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.72M) and constituted 85.34% of the total.
