Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 49,150 and represented 2.43% of the total Kansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (23.78K), followed by Johnson (13.76K), and Wyandotte (11.24K).
