Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Kansas was 107,870 and represented 3.95% of the total Kansas citizen population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (49.52K), followed by Johnson (26.89K), and Wyandotte (26.26K).
