Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 49,150 and represented 1.11% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, Jackson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (21.28K), followed by St. Louis (10.45K), and Clay (6.18K).

In terms of percentages, Sullivan had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (8.64%), followed by Pulaski (7.99%), and Jackson (4.37%).
