Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 902,495 and represented 42.43% of the total Arkansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (93.01K), followed by Jefferson (30.47K), and Crittenden (16.93K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (58.67%), followed by Lee (54.63%), and Chicot (53.21%).
