Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for New York was 902,495 and represented 6.84% of the total New York citizen voting-age population.

Among all New York counties, Kings had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (507.59K), followed by Queens (266.98K), and Bronx (258.43K).

In terms of percentages, Kings had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (33.19%), followed by Bronx (33.06%), and Queens (20.31%).
