Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 2,518,805 and represented 77.78% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (416.62K), followed by Fayette (176.81K), and Kenton (109.71K).

In terms of percentages, Robertson had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (100.00%), followed by Wolfe (99.55%), and Bracken (99.28%).
