Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 2,606,270 and represented 76.93% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (405.41K), followed by Fayette (180.05K), and Kenton (114.71K).

In terms of percentages, Owsley had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.85%), followed by Lewis (98.65%), and Magoffin (98.48%).
