Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 2,600,675 and represented 76.98% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (419.91K), followed by Fayette (184.80K), and Kenton (114.63K).

In terms of percentages, Owsley had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.54%), followed by Robertson (99.10%), and Lewis (98.91%).
