Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for California was 115,585 and represented 0.36% of the total California citizen population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (3.44M), followed by San Bernardino (834.48K), and Riverside (806.29K).

In terms of percentages, Imperial had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (77.17%), followed by Tulare (55.02%), and San Benito (52.27%).
