Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for California was 53,180 and represented 0.23% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (2.05M), followed by San Bernardino (485.33K), and San Diego (465.47K).

In terms of percentages, Imperial had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (71.44%), followed by San Benito (44.70%), and Tulare (44.54%).
