Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for California was 81,915 and represented 0.32% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (2.56M), followed by Riverside (659.27K), and San Bernardino (655.35K).

In terms of percentages, Imperial had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (78.97%), followed by Tulare (53.44%), and San Benito (51.71%).
