Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for California was 102,630 and represented 0.39% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (2.56M), followed by Riverside (697.22K), and San Bernardino (672.64K).

In terms of percentages, Imperial had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (79.85%), followed by Tulare (54.96%), and San Benito (53.41%).
