Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for California was 76,810 and represented 0.30% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (2.51M), followed by Riverside (643.30K), and San Bernardino (637.43K).

In terms of percentages, Imperial had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (78.27%), followed by Tulare (52.30%), and San Benito (50.96%).
