Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (3.78M), followed by Riverside (1.01M), and San Bernardino (994.44K).

In terms of percentages, Imperial had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (82.46%), followed by Tulare (60.46%), and San Benito (56.85%).
