Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Pennsylvania was 115,585 and represented 0.94% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (174.35K), followed by Lehigh (61.24K), and Berks (59.23K).

In terms of percentages, Lehigh had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (18.16%), followed by Berks (14.94%), and Monroe (13.05%).
