Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 53,180 and represented 0.55% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (110.62K), followed by Lehigh (36.11K), and Berks (33.22K).

In terms of percentages, Lehigh had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (14.07%), followed by Berks (11.01%), and Monroe (10.79%).
