Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 81,915 and represented 0.83% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (139.14K), followed by Lehigh (53.54K), and Berks (51.51K).
