Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 106,827 and represented 1.07% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (137.06K), followed by Lehigh (56.68K), and Berks (55.32K).

In terms of percentages, Lehigh had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (20.84%), followed by Berks (17.29%), and Monroe (15.15%).
