Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 102,630 and represented 1.03% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (135.20K), followed by Lehigh (54.90K), and Berks (54.56K).

In terms of percentages, Lehigh had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (20.30%), followed by Berks (17.06%), and Monroe (14.68%).
