Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (216.78K), followed by Lehigh (85.15K), and Berks (84.87K).

In terms of percentages, Lehigh had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (24.31%), followed by Berks (20.62%), and Monroe (16.72%).
