Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Idaho was 1,251,565 and represented 82.20% of the total Idaho citizen population.

Among all Idaho counties, Ada had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (2.82K), followed by Canyon (650), and Elmore (570).

In terms of percentages, Elmore had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (2.29%), followed by Benewah (1.60%), and Butte (1.47%).
