Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Idaho was 1,317,960 and represented 73.41% of the total Idaho citizen population.

Among all Idaho counties, Ada had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (5.05K), followed by Canyon (1.08K), and Elmore (635).
