Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Washington was 3,196,010 and represented 50.47% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (1.22M), followed by Pierce (553.57K), and Snohomish (522.68K).
