Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for Montana was 766,855 and represented 76.80% of the total Montana population.

Among all Montana counties, Yellowstone had the highest citizen voting-age population (113.63K), followed by Missoula (87.10K), and Gallatin (71.07K).

In terms of percentages, Powell had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.26%), followed by Treasure (83.80%), and Granite (82.61%).
