The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (649.89K) and constituted 84.48% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (56.66K) and constituted 7.37% of the total.
