The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (646.50K) and constituted 78.89% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (91.85K) and constituted 11.21% of the total.
