The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (631.62K) and constituted 79.45% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (86.74K) and constituted 10.91% of the total.
