Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 53,180 and represented 1.95% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (31.53K), followed by Tulsa (20.26K), and Cleveland (9.39K).

In terms of percentages, Harmon had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (21.14%), followed by Texas (19.94%), and Tillman (17.11%).
