Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 53,180 and represented 1.90% of the total Oregon citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (26.30K), followed by Washington (25.14K), and Marion (21.20K).
