Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Oregon was 115,585 and represented 3.18% of the total Oregon citizen population.

Among all Oregon counties, Washington had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (55.58K), followed by Multnomah (53.78K), and Marion (51.88K).
