Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Tennessee was 53,180 and represented 1.12% of the total Tennessee citizen voting-age population.

Among all Tennessee counties, Davidson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (14.02K), followed by Shelby (13.71K), and Montgomery (7.70K).

In terms of percentages, Montgomery had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (6.21%), followed by Davidson (3.07%), and Williamson (2.91%).
