Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Tennessee was 81,915 and represented 1.59% of the total Tennessee citizen voting-age population.

Among all Tennessee counties, Davidson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (20.39K), followed by Shelby (16.51K), and Montgomery (12.05K).

In terms of percentages, Montgomery had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (7.90%), followed by Bedford (5.91%), and Unicoi (4.45%).
