Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Washington was 53,180 and represented 1.11% of the total Washington citizen voting-age population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (65.81K), followed by Yakima (35.99K), and Pierce (32.08K).
