Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Washington was 115,585 and represented 1.83% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (121.66K), followed by Yakima (79.79K), and Pierce (60.45K).
