Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for California was 913,605 and represented 3.89% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (611.30K), followed by Alameda (137.82K), and San Bernardino (120.05K).

In terms of percentages, Solano had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (15.73%), followed by Alameda (13.97%), and Los Angeles (10.51%).
