Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for New York was 913,605 and represented 6.86% of the total New York citizen voting-age population.

Among all New York counties, Kings had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (511.51K), followed by Queens (270.36K), and Bronx (260.64K).

In terms of percentages, Kings had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (33.01%), followed by Bronx (32.82%), and Queens (20.32%).
