Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Ohio was 913,605 and represented 10.56% of the total Ohio citizen voting-age population.

Among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (270.15K), followed by Franklin (159.03K), and Hamilton (141.96K).

In terms of percentages, Cuyahoga had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (28.23%), followed by Hamilton (23.87%), and Montgomery (19.57%).
