Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 2,530,325 and represented 77.63% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (418.09K), followed by Fayette (178.24K), and Kenton (110.27K).

In terms of percentages, Bracken had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.68%), followed by Robertson (99.43%), and Wolfe (99.28%).
