Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the citizen population for Oregon was 3,666,855 and represented 94.01% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen population (695.61K), followed by Washington (494.04K), and Clackamas (369.06K).
