Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the citizen population for Oregon was 3,958,865 and represented 94.79% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen population (756.45K), followed by Washington (539.15K), and Clackamas (400.39K).
