Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 3,108,030 and represented 74.42% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen voting-age population (609.59K), followed by Washington (408.49K), and Clackamas (312.25K).

In terms of percentages, Curry had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.49%), followed by Grant (81.81%), and Gilliam (81.79%).
