Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 3,188,940 and represented 75.23% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen voting-age population (616.38K), followed by Washington (419.77K), and Clackamas (319.80K).

In terms of percentages, Curry had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.68%), followed by Wheeler (82.58%), and Grant (81.98%).
