Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 3,135,105 and represented 74.52% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen voting-age population (612.95K), followed by Washington (411.41K), and Clackamas (314.86K).

In terms of percentages, Curry had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.43%), followed by Gilliam (81.84%), and Grant (81.73%).
